Order Policies: 
We are pleased to accept payment in the form of credit card (via PayPal), check, money order and purchase order (upon approval). There is a minimum order of $10 (excluding shipping and taxes) for credit card purchases. Sales tax at 7.75% will be applied to the order. There is no tax on food and water purchases.

Shipping Information: 
Most orders ship within 1-2  business days. Orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be delivered by UPS ground, Fed-Ex ground or the USPS. All shipping charges are calculated using the most up-to-date UPS & USPS tables, at the time the order is shipped. The average shipping and handling costs are $8-$10 for orders we send out.

UPS Ground limits orders to 150 pounds per order. Any order exceeding this weight will have to be calculated on an individual basis. Please contact US by email or at telephone number (866) 265-6934 ext 101 to obtain information about these special shipping rates.

Some orders maybe shipped with a "signature required" at time of delivery. Very heavy or large items require additional shipping and handling costs. You will be notified of these costs at the time the order is processed.

Returns:
 If you are not satisfied with any item you ordered, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned in original condition, damage free and returned in the original container(s). You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receiving your order. Legal Notice:
 Your use of MySafety1st.comsite, placement of an order or submittal of a purchase order, special order on line or by mail indicates an acceptance of all outlined service policies.

Warranties:
 In the case of all goods sold hereunder, the only applicable warranties will be provided by the manufacturers of such goods. MySafety1st.comshall assign to Buyer any warranty delivered to it by the manufacturer of such product and such warranty shall expressly be in lieu of any other warranty by MySafety1st.com.

MySafety1st.commakes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products/Services.

Limits of Liabilities:
 Buyer shall not in any event be entitled to, and MySafety1st.com shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature including, without limitation, business interruption costs, removal and/or reinstallation costs, procurement costs, loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, promotional or manufacturing expenses, overhead, injury to reputation or loss of customers, even if MySafety1st.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. buyer's recovery from MySafety1st.com for any claim shall not exceed buyer's purchase price for the product(s) giving rise to such claim irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise. MySafety1st.com shall not be liable for and buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold MySafety1st.comharmless from any claims based on MySafety1st.com compliance with buyer's designs, specifications or instructions, or information supplied by buyer to MySafety1st.com in connection with the delivery of products/services or modification of any products/services by parties other than SMySafety1st.com, or use in combination with other products/services.

Buyer acknowledges that the use of the Products/Services (including any Emergency Action Plan or any other safety document prepared for Buyer in connection with an emergency, life support or other disasters is at Buyer's sole risk and buyer is strongly urged to test the Products/Services and determine the efficacy, safety and suitability of the Products/Services for their own purposes; Buyer agrees that MySafety1st.com and the manufacturer of the Products/Services are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use; and Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold MySafety1st.com and the manufacturer of the Products/Services harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use of the Products/Services. Buyer agrees to review all product information paperwork prior to its use.

If statements or advice, technical or otherwise, are offered or given to Buyer, such statements or advice shall be deemed to be given as an accommodation to Buyer and without charge and MySafety1st.com shall have no responsibility or liability for the content or use of such statements or advice and such advice/accommodation shall in no way be deemed a warranty or assurance of any kind.

Any provision hereof which is prohibited or unenforceable or ineffective, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain valid and/or effective and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah (without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof or the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods) and excluding any law or principle which would apply the law of any other jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute or lawsuit relating to the Products/Services or this Agreement, the parties agree to jurisdiction of the courts of Salt Lake City, UT.

The obligations, rights, terms and conditions hereof shall be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The waiver of any provision hereof or of any breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision hereof or breach or default hereunder. These terms and conditions may only be waived or modified in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of MySafety1st.com.

We take all forms of credit cards via PayPal. 
Payments can also be made by check, money order or P.O. once
credit terms have been established.
